#2018Reflexions My wish for our society in the coming year is to see that if we can’t prevent living creatures from inflicting destruction, Let’s make it our mission to prevent ourselves from being the ones to inflict it. Let’s practice self awareness so we can be present when deciding who we want to be? How do we want to behave for ourselves. Let’s practice looking inward to get clarity and purposely gain control of our own mind. It is when we can grab ahold of our mind that we can learn how to detach from things that make us emotional. If we can learn to acknowledge the emotions but let them just pass thru us, we will undoubtedly engage less destructively with others. We can only control ourselves. The more self control we can practice the more proud, confident and happy we will be and hopefully this will diminish the amount of horrific events we watch and hear about in our news that occur in the world today. We will experience less sorrow and destruction. #happy2019 to you all may your life be filled with blessings this coming year!
