✨So much to be thankful for this year?
Could post thousands of pictures showing the highlights but I just want to keep it simple.

My family and friends and loved ones thank you, I am who am I because of you and I value and appreciate you all so much.

Going into 2019 I want continue to support you, grow with you, make memories and love even more fiercely.
?
Time is the most precious thing on this planet and I value the time I have with my loved ones the most.
I don’t post too much of my personal / private life because I feel like it’s not open for judgement or opinion or validation from social media.
I treasure it irl and not posting doesn’t mean it’s not special or important.

I also didn’t speak to much about the pressure this time of year will bring not only with the guilt ridden toxic diet culture messages ?literally unfollow everything that is selling you products to guilt you into thinking you’re not good enough - you bloody well are and your body is NOT the enemy it’s your home‼️
Like every other time of the year, look after yourself whatever that looks like to you.
Be gentle and even if feel overwhelmed or that you didn’t achieve what you set out to this years THATS OK.
?Do NOT compare your life to anyone else’s or a perfected, curated high lighted Instagram feed.
That BS? will only be a thief of joy.
This is YOUR YEAR, YOUR LIFE and you’re doing the best you can.
