Taking a moment to reflect on the intense medicine of 2018. I wrote these a couple of months ago during a rough time and felt compelled to share. In a year of extreme highs and crushing lows, I want to thank myself for choosing to stay open and vulnerable when the easier option was to shut down. For putting one foot in front of the other and learning to no longer bow my head or knees. For the profound revelation that the most important relationship you will ever have is that one you have with yourself, and that each of us deserves an immeasurable amount of love.
I want to thank each of you for allowing me the space to create- the space to live in the art without which I could not breath. You are all so truly appreciated and loved.
And finally, the universe. This thing called life is crazy... but it’s the greatest gift we’ll ever receive. With the coming year I hope we all endeavor to grow more, give more, love more and feel more. In every sense.
