大掃除🧹
Oh-soji is the annual cleaning of the house done in December.
We clean up the house thoroughly.
Traditionally, we have done this since the Edo period.
This is beacuse we welcome Toshigamisama or the God of the year to our places.
Toshigamisama is said to bring happiness to the family whose places are neat and clean.
