Professionally a 2018 very different to the rest of my career. A very difficult first half of the year with frustration with the lack of game time, disappointment because of relegation to the Championship after living the dream for 7 seasons in the Premier League and also sad and emotional for having to leave @スウォンジー・シティAFC after 11 years at the club, but there is always light at the end of the tunnel and the last 6 months have been a blessing. Becoming part of the @クイーンズ・パーク・レンジャーズFC family was a very difficult but refreshing challenge which I have truly enjoyed on and off the pitch. Turning the season around has been one of the big reasons but also the pleasure to work with a fantastic bunch of lads and also staff (one of the best groups in my career), so no wonder we were bottom of the table at the start and now we are heading in the right direction sitting in the top 10, and that’s down to the hard work day in day out and also to the fantastic team spirit in our changing room.
And finally a big thank you to the QPR fans for making me feel like at home from day one! ?
