A few unexpected things I did today that made me feel productive and relaxed at the same time??
• took down Christmas decorations & started decluttering ?? (felt amazing after)
• made it out to Long Beach to run some errands (no traffic in LA right now so it was nice)
• took teeny to the aquarium (our first family field trip and it was soooo fun)
• checked off cardio day with all the walking we did today ✔️
• went to Whole Foods to get groceries (we’re making grain-free shrimp scampi pasta tonight)?
