The building featured in “Rise Above Control” from 2010 is the Contemporary Arts Center (CAC) Cincinnati. The architecture of the building is monolithic and oppressive, so I liked the idea of RISING ABOVE the oppression, which is ironic considering the CAC Cincinnati is where my 2010 Supply & Demand art exhibition was on view. - Shepard
