I know after Christmas there is major pressure on us to go into the new year with “new year/new me”. I personally don’t believe in New Years resolutions, but I do believe in setting your intentions, & being kind to yourself when life has different plans. Yes, I have a ton of professional goals I’m working towards, but I’m more focused on personal growth. What that looks like for me is choosing to discover what true happiness means to me. It’s exciting & scary, but necessary. It doesn’t mean weight loss, although I’m focused on fitness, but as y’all know, I’m a firm believer that mental health is often overlooked when it should be prioritized.
