The best kind if you ask me. If you really wanna show someone you care- try your best to understand the WHY. We’ve all been shaped by our traumas as well as our high points. Listen when someone is trying to open up to you and share deeply personal things because that means they trust you and that person wants you to know THEM on a different level. It’s easy to talk about your wins- but losses- that’s something else. Letting down your guard and being open to being vulnerable in front of another human- is scary but with the right open mind- can be mutually fulfilling. Knowing each other’s motives and triggers is REAL intimacy. Everybody has sex organs- that means nothing if the brain and heart are over looked. Just saying ??‍♀️ ✨✨✨
