Remember that convo we started about Probiotics 101?

Probiotics have helped a lot this whole year, specially with my intolerances with gluten and dairy. But also with my sleep. • ?I have posted a new blog about it, how I started taking them and why. •GO CHECK IT OUT, LINK ON PROFILE•

I am {still} working on other methods of relaxation as well to make me rest better, but the added Melatonin and Valerian extract in these probiotics help me get that sleepy feeling faster. ? (which I needed because I have terrible sleeping patterns).
