Two things we are gonna do in 2019- use our legs on the pull, and get rid of the hookgrip on the turnover. I have kept my hookgrip throughout the full lift for a year now and believe it is what is messing with my shoulder and hindering my turnover- it had a purpose to help learn to pull under, but now it has gotta go. These felt great releasing it and undoing this technique was surprisingly easy. Yay! Also, these leggings by @fleoshorts are my favorite ever. #yourheartsanemptyhole
