Ever since becoming a twin parent, peaceful car rides are a thing of the past! What was once therapeutic is now maddening chaos- the constant backseat bickering, the never-ending ‘are we there yet’ questions, toys being dropped and high-pitch screams until you pick them up (yes, while driving). There is something about car rides that turn kids into mean little creatures wrecking havoc in the backseats!

Thankful for the HBO GO app with parental controls so that the kids can keep themselves busy with more than 700 episodes of cartoons like We Bare Bears and Sesame Street available!

So pardon me for indulging my kids in screen-time. Because for a moment, I needed my sanity, for everyone’s safety ?
