Prob not IG worthy photos BUT - to all those who struggle with self control & extreme anxiety during the holidays - I FEEL YOU! I am you! This holiday trip (with help from my great therapist) i put together a self care list and goals to not let myself go and let anxiety take over my travels. I’ve always struggled with this and made myself feel like shit most of the time, feeling like i become a horrible version of myself. On the plane i wrote down things i could do for ME, to keep balance in my life, stay calm, and healthy. I’ve only already worked out twice which is more than i ever have while traveling & not having a normal routine. It’s not much but for me I’m already feeling accomplished and positive about what i can do next. Don’t let anxiety rule your life!! (Also have so many great friends back in LA who got me back into working out before the holidays which helped me even have the strength to get myself to a gym right now.) Next step - keep on top of my all my work while on this break! And relax and enjoy :) Have a happy holiday and DONT BE TOO HARD ON YOURSELF!!! It’s the little wins! ???✨
