i can’t even begin to describe the bizarre deja-vu/inception-like feeling of loving Clueless your whole life, loving cher your whole life, then getting the incredibly singular opportunity to play her, and THEN looking out into the audience on a tuesday night and seeing @アリシア・シルヴァーストーン smiling in the audience back at you as you say the lines that she made so iconic. i’ve never been more nervous or more deeply honored. so, naturally i had a full on nervous breakdown when i finally got to meet her afterwards. super embarrassing, but glad it was caught on camera in retrospect. never will i believe the luck and the contents of my life. thank you @アリシア・シルヴァーストーン for being the angel/animal activist/talent/quality human being that you are, and for coming to see our show. and thank you to both alicia and @amyheckerling for creating such iconic work, and allowing us to play in your world. ?
