? Raise your hand if you would like to try one of these all-vegan #Matcha tarts at home! ? These tarts feature Passion Fruit, Medjool Dates, Chocolate, Coconut and #Matcha together — perfect as an afternoon treat! ? Aren’t these swirls the cutest? Special thanks to @panaceas_pantry for this amazing creation! ?

To make the crust:

1 1/2 Cups rolled oats, blended till fine
1/3 Cup coconut oil, melted
1/4 Cup coconut sugar
6 Medjool dates
.
Directions
1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse until sticky.
2. Divide between 6 mini tart shells, and press evenly to form the crust.
3. Set in the freezer for 30 mins, then remove tarts from the freezer and the tart tins.
4. To serve fill with coconut yoghurt, fresh passionfruit and then top with a chocolate swirl ??.
