Wow, this years @isasurfing World Adaptive Surfing Championships presented by @stancesocks was absolutely FIRE ?!!!

#TeamUSA came together like never before thanks to our Coaches @huge_manatee @joey.buran and @seanbrody and our Captains @insta_otter and @dani.burt! We rallied together through some significant adversity and surfed our brains out to win WORLD TEAM GOLD???!!!

And personally, I’ve never surfed better!!! I had two heats against my favorite surfer Miera Duarte Va’a and as usually we went tit for tat, wave for wave in a super exciting final! Little did I know that with 30 second on the heat clock I was down over 3 points... and then, straight from the surf Gods, a nice right rolled right to me and with 3 seconds left I dropped on to the face! I landed a 4.28 and with that final wave score, I defended my World Championship title! Double GOOOOOLDS!!! ? ? .
