Our Midori™ Culinary Matcha is an ideal matcha grade for use in matcha creations just like this one! ? Without further ado, here’s the recipe: . Ingredients: For the Cake: 80g Warm butter 75g Sugar 2 Eggs 15g Milk 80g Flour 15g Matcha 8g Baking soda . For Decoration: 150ml Cream 1 tsp Sugar . Directions: 1.Preheat the oven to 170°C. 2.Beat the butter with sugar until light and fluffy. 3.Add the eggs one by one and mix well. 4.Add the dry ingredients in a bowl. 5.Sieve them into the butter-egg-mixture, add the milk and fold it carefully. 6.Grease a 18cm loaf baking tray. 7.Pour the mixture into the tray and bake for 30 mins. 8.While the cake cools down, beat the cream with sugar. 9.Cut the bottom of the cake and cut 2 slices of the middle. 10.Cut triangles out of the dough (with handmade cookie cutters or a knife). 11.Crumble the rest of the cake. 12.Put the crumbles into a glass, add the cream on top and put the triangles up like trees - decorate those with some more cream and voilá!
