Saying goodbye to this view this morning was NOT easy... let me tell you!!!! ??? @juicemasterretreats what an amazing week it’s been. I needed this week to take stock of everything, get my head straight and rebuild myself a little bit and I can honestly say I’m feeling the best I have in ages.
The atmosphere and programme have nurtured my mind, body and soul (I know I sound like a hippy but I’m high on juice and poz vibes so just allow it this one time negative nellys!! ?) THANKYOU @jasonvale for not just letting me and my gorgeous mamma bear spend time at your beautiful mountain paradise in the sky but also for being a good friend to me and always offering me a sympathetic ear! I’ll forever be grateful for the things you teach me! ???? (ps guys I’m halfway through his new book Create Magic and I’m hooked! If you’re looking for some inspiration or want to do some good in 2019, grab a copy and start making magic!) I’ve had a challenging year and before coming here, I was scared of everything: Christmas coming, my uncertain future, even going to sleep but now I’m a lot stronger and I am almost excited for 2019 and what it has in store for me. I am by no means fixed but when I was away I realised something: There is no force more powerful than a woman determined to rise. And that’s exactly what I intend to do ?? Love you all and sending you love and positivity and in case any one needed to hear it today: you are special and deserve the best. I’m now on the last leg of my epic long journey home and I’m buzzing to see all my girls tonight for my @laurajpattison ‘s hen do!!! Eeeeekkkk!!! Bring on the prosecco and penis straws! LOL ??
