BB now - but sadly reminds me of the hectic but hopeful day
we rescued 50 dogs and 30 cats during the gulf oil spill .
I rented 2 tour busses.
Had all of the animals groomed , immunized, spayed , neutered
and we had homes for all of them by the time we reached Virginia. 
This is 
BB (named after Bridgette Bardot). She looked like a plucked chicken. (See my last post) And shook
and clung to me.
I took her and Gina Lola Bridgitta (Lola)
home with me /another abandoned older dog
that was abandoned by her owner -
I nursed them to health over a year then they were able to go to homes that  they are still happy and healthy with families that adore them.
BB is now with my mom and Dad.
She is a treated like a princess. . 
She looks after my parents too by making sure they take regular walks She fills the house with love and humor - she has quite a personality -
another family member to talk to
and be with when my mom or dad has to be away even for a few hours. .
Loneliness no more. #love
