Spelly, I simply can’t believe this this is what we’ve created ~ a place where these brilliant, passionate, dedicated, kickass people {let’s face it, women} can come each day and bring their A-game and be themselves and do what they love... I’ve been on maternity leave for almost 5 months and although I miss being in the office I was really anxious to go to the Xmas party. I think I felt anxious about being around so many people or maybe about being social after so many months of just saying googoo-gaga, but I’d forgotten how kind and gentle everyone was, and how powerful all these relationships were, and how close everyone is. There are quite a few newbies and I thought maybe the evening would feel disconnected or that people may not feel included, but it wasn’t like that at all, last Friday night was so warm and inclusive and I instantly felt at home as though I’d not been away at all! X thank you @_lucyinthesky for creating a magic space for us! And @oh.so.mellow for capturing this impromptu group pic which started with Spelly and I lying on the grass! Xxxx @lizzyabegg ???
