A wild #Pikachu appeared! ? This real-life #Pokemon was rescued and brought into @visitmelbourne’s Boronia Veterinary Clinic and Animal Hospital last month, where @sreinisch captured this adorable shot. She’s a rare golden variety of the Common Brushtail Possum, and her low level of melanin is what gives her this brightly-coloured coat and striking resemblance to the fictional video game character. She’s currently being raised by a #wildlife carer at the clinic as she’s still very young, and will be transferred to a new home in a wildlife sanctuary when she’s older.
