I’m taking baby steps (but steps nonetheless) traveling and carrying my byta around with me, not using straws (or using paper straws) recycling, reusing the same huge jug for water and refilling it with alkaline water at my moms house instead of bottled water. It all adds up. Sometimes thinking about change can be overwhelming, so start small.
