Just finished two hours of deep meditation and I feel INCREDIBLE! I forgot how good breathing feels. When you really pay attention to the full experience (the sounds, sensations, smells) it is amazing how powerful and healing your own breath can be. There is no stress if you are not worrying about what might happen in the future. There is no stress if you are not feeling resentment or guilt about the past. In the moment, there is only happiness and peace. 🙏🏻♥️✨
