HIIT has been so therapeutic for me recently, but back when I was competing, I absolutely HATED my fasted HIIT cardio sessions. I know 100% that what made the difference is the energy that my body now has from food that it didn’t while competing. My work outs are so much more enjoyable now that I give my body the fuel it needs to operate. Moral of the story? EAT YA DANG CARBS ???? .
