Let me rephrase my caption... it doesn’t matter what the mother did or didn’t do, this child doesn’t deserve this kind of treatment. My opinion on this video is only on what I see! The officer forcefully tugging this child is not using the right methods of handling this situation...this does not reflect my opinion on our entire police force, just this video.
