One of my favorite pastries this time of year: our Gingerbread Pinecone, finished with more than 60-70 tiny hand-cut dark chocolate petals, surrounding a center of speculoos ganache, ginger mousse, and spiced cake that’s coated in chocolate. A dusting of powdered sugar “snow” on top. #gingerbreadpinecone
