INGREDIENTS: 12 Strawberries 2 Tbsp Matcha 200ml Water 20g Sugar 3g Gelatin 150g Cream cheese 150g Whipped cream 20g Caster sugar 3 pieces of Sponge cake . DIRECTIONS: 1. Cut strawberries in half. 2. Warm cream cheese to room temperature and keep it soft. 3. Cast the sponge cake according to the diameter of the cup and lay it on the bottom. 4. Mix matcha, water and sugar. 5. Soak the sponge cake with 1 spoonful of the mixture. Put gelatin in the remaining matcha liquid (about 150ml), mix it and warm it to about body temperature with a microwave oven, melt the gelatin and then leave in the refrigerator until it solidifies. 6. Put the strawberries in the cup as shown 7. Combine cream cheese, fresh cream, granulated sugar and mix until firm. Put the cream in a cup and mold it into a mortar shape. 8. In the center of the cup, pour 2 teaspoons of matcha jelly, apply the remaining cream on top and cover. Sprinkle matcha on top! .
