I’ve been #swimming for almost 25 years, with more than 10 of them as a #professional. At the moment, I’m training for the Swimming World Championship in South Korea. For me, swimming is my religion and the pool, my temple. Every time I touch the water, I feel a big relief. I can forget all the problems and stress of daily routines. When I’m in the water I’m all by myself, just me and my thoughts, and I believe this has been helping me in other aspects of my life.
