I just want to say how stoked I am on the negative messages and comments I’ve gotten from people about the work I’m doing with the #GoProFusion ... I haven’t felt haters getting stirred up like this since back when I first started shooting with the #GoPro HD1 and it’s just another sign I’m on track ... back then I’d get 1000 word essays from people letting me know “I wasn’t a real photographer” haha ... I always laughed back then because I was confident in who I was being a designer, animator and developer for one of the top design teams in Los Angeles ... and how many of those people now own a GoPro? ? Today I’m so excited that I’m doing something new that’s evoking some sort of emotional response from people whether that be love or hate or confusion ... feels much more rewarding than conforming to redundant trends ... mostly though I’m grateful to the openminded people for the love ... the future of how we will share our experiences with each other ... virtually transporting people into the moments that matter most to us so we can share with each other our love of life in a way more realistic and immersive than ever before ... it truly is amazing where it’s all going ??
