NAUGHTY LIST: Authorities in Maryland are looking for the Grinch suspected of using a child to scope out and steal packages from someone’s front stoop. Police say the girl, who appears to be no older than about 8 years old, runs into the yard, looks back for directions and then takes the package. The video was recorded earlier this month at a home in Bel Air, about 30 miles north of Baltimore.
