❤️??During the holidays I always reflect on the year and think about all the people I care about and how much they mean to me.

My #1stphorm friendships are about so much more than fitness. I am so grateful to be a part of a community who supports and uplifts me, in fitness motivation, in work and my financial goals, and just in my general attitude and positive outlook in life. So much of the true richness in our lives is found in the type of people you have in it, and to be connected to anyone and everyone in the @1stphorm crew is such a blessing and boost of positivity in my life.
