Just rode 20 miles through a rainforest full of red clay mud so slippery it felt like ice. Most of the time it was so foggy and rainy we could only see about 20 feet in front of us. I did a nice Pete Rose through the mud. It cleared up on the way down and we passed a woman and her daughter walking their water buffalo up the mountain. They were both wearing beautiful bright colored clothing with green and red and yellow that a lot of women in mountain villages wear. Just another sight that makes this place feel like another world.
