I’m always down to customize an AF1, so it was a no brainer when I saw there was a customization station at Nike Miami. Wasn’t crazy about the oversize custom swooshes, so I ended up taking off the swooshes just retrace those to get the proper size. Instead of using the provided custom Miami tongue tags, I unstitched the existing tongue tag from the inside, then had the exposed side sewn onto the tongue— making for a subtle detail. Next up was meticulously coloring in the swooshes on the heel tab.
