Growing up my dad always told me, “your body is a temple that should be respected & taken care of.” He was a marathon runner and a tennis player (who had high hopes that I’d be playing Wimbledon by 18, whoops sorry dad!). He is the reason I started working out; ran track, joined the swim team, played basketball, and is my forever motivation to take care of my physical body. He’s also the reason I love junk food so much but that’s a different story ? Happy (Thai) Father’s Day to my cowboy hat wearing, ramblin man. Maybe someday we’ll do a marathon together again ☺️??‍♂️
