We moved our Pilates session outdoors today - it was INCREDIBLE! ??? The last weeks I’ve been doing a lot of pilates with @nutritionfornaughtypeople, and my body loves it. I feel that all my muscles are sore but at the same time stretched out - it’s the best feeling for me! Can’t wait to get stronger and better at it. ??? Have you guys tried Pilates? ??‍♀️
