This morning woke up 6.30am to try get the routine back !! Workout from 7am to 8am and then take kids to school. Starting the day like this , is hard but let me do lots of stuff during the morning. I prefer to do it this way rather than in the afternoons. Find your way, the most important is to do something.
HEALTH IS THE GREATEST GIFT... DON'T TAKE IT FOR GRANTED!!!
