If you feel something is right in your heart, go for it. You may not understand it at first, but if you trust it, the big picture will reveal itself to you piece by piece. I’m a big believer in blindly trusting your heart. If you hear that little voice, that feet-in-the-ground, ear to the sky instinct, go for it. I can’t even tell you all the strange things I’ve done on a whim, like break into a UCLA concert with my sister, jump on stage, and freestyle for a crowd of 5,000 people (I had never made music in my life at that point) and it led me to getting signed by Nick Cannon and Jimmy Iovine and Interscope Records, which was full of ncredible experiences.
I got that knocking feeling one Friday night, (when none of my friends wanted to go out with me) that I needed to go dancing, so I went, by myself, with a hat on to hide my unwashed hair and a long black dress- I went to a club solo for first time ever in life... thats the night I met my fiancé. He said “sup” ??? I didn’t know at the time, but we would keep in touch and 1 year later we would make music together, find out all our dreams aligned and fall in love. Sometimes you just gotta go for it, seeing isn’t believing, it’s when you CANT see it and you still go for it, that’s faith. Things will work out, if you listen to your heart and you follow the compass of right and wrong (keep it simple- does this feel right in my heart? yes? do it! no? something feels off? then don’t!) even if your brain doesn’t understand it. Love you guys. Keep your ear to the sky ?
