@malibuwines and @malibusafaris has been under scrutiny surrounding animal evacuation protocols during the recent Malibu-Agoura Wildfires (Calif.). R+FP investigated and discovered that Ronald Semler, a co-owner of Malibu Wines & Malibu Wines Safari, also owned and operated an animal testing facility that tested on dogs and other animals called Semler Research. semlerresearch.com operated in the U.S, Singapore and India and shut down when it was discovered by the FDA that it falsified samples, among other things. Animals suffered and died and humans also suffered as a result of this. R+FP is against all forms of animal exploitation and encourages others to politely tell the Semler Family to stop exploiting animals for profit!
