Used maitake and shimeji mushrooms in it. Totally just copied it from yesterday’s morning TV cooking show ?. Share when I perfect the recipe ok! Ingredients are only bacon, mushrooms, egg yolk, milk, Parmesan cheese and black pepper. No cream!??
