My go-to recently from @1stphorm has been opti-greens 50 because Ive been relying on this everyday with this damn move. Not only for myself but for Ky. It’s been hard not to eat fast food / shitty quick snacks with the amount of stop and go but we’ve been doing real good with staying healthy. He has been giving me such a rough time on his diet lately and I’ve been the “mean parent”. But at the end of the day we’ve been getting by and the only thing I can honestly say we’ve been slacking on is veggies SO this was key for this last week. 11 servings of vegetables in a shaker? Yes please!!! Now if I can only get myself back to Palm Springs in that hot tub I’d be the happiest girl right now. ??
