Ever since being back from London with @bareMinerals I’ve been inspired to slow down my life a little bit. My dreams have always run wild and I’ve loved the thrill in chasing them ever since I was a little girl, but as I continue to grow older, I’m learning the power of peace that comes from patience and presence. Instead of burning my usual fuel of stress into success, I’m slowing my pace and giving myself some more space.
I’ve legit had to reteach myself to take naps, chew my food and cuddle my dog instead of bolting out of bed every morning. Between essential oils, repair creams and planning out a more peaceful path to my goals (this book is everything), I’m getting better at trading strung up and strung out for a more effortless focus that comes from being rather than constantly becoming.
Don’t be afraid to slow down — your life will still unfold accordingly, you’ll just be much happier and healthier living it ? #PowerofGood
