I spent the last two days preparing to put Doug down. I’ve lost three dogs prior, and didn’t get to say goodbye to any of them. So I made every hour count. We shot film, we shot digital, we shot vertical video, we shot normal video. We wept. And then? As head of household, master of my domain...I chickened out tonight. Doug lives. Black and white dog insisted. I’m a lover, to the end.
