@maksimc posted this the other day and it really stuck with me because it hits close to home. I’ve been slacking in the self care department and really wanna she’s light on it again, open up the discussion. I think we really struggle between NOT giving a shit about what others think, and caring immensely about the things we’re passionate about (and by WE I really mean ME specifically ?‍♀️). And sometimes, those lines can get crossed or even blurred. BUT I keep reminding myself to stay calm + focused during the process, and to let go of these habits of letting others affect me (which has only proven to hold me down or has even mentally held me back from great opportunities). It is a valuable lesson, and fucking hard one at that. But I keep learning day by day and I’ll keep sharing and spreading these words...cuz we all need a little encouragement ???
