There is a lot to be thankful for this year, but mostly I’m thankful for @jim.eaton.18 ‘s brilliant idea to wrap up our leftovers and fry them in egg roll wrappers. Yup - there are mashed potatoes, stuffing, turkey and a little bit of cranberry sauce in these bad boys. Then we dip them in gravy because we’re only human. Thank you, Jim, for changing my life forever.
