Earlier this week, @james_lucas and I lifted iron plates at @tufas_boulder_lounge. Yesterday we lifted plates of turkey, mashed potatoes, green beans, and pie. Hard to tell which ones were heavier but either way we’re bulking up ? #holidaytraining **ALSO yes I am aware my deadlift form isn’t perfect ??‍♀️ but my back is not as rounded as the video makes it appear. Thanks for the helpful suggestions.
