Since my oxtail stew is recipe of the day, I thought I’d show you again (I posted it when I made it last time)the deliciousness of what can be done with the leftover gravy and whatever meat that is left over too. I shed the meat, add a little water and some orzo pasta and heat it in a 180°C oven until the pasta’s cooked and absorbed the rich oxtail gravy. A deep joy.
