To trust that the only protection you need is to live through your Heart space eternally.
To cry when you need to cry.
To scream when you need to scream.
To remain silent when silence asks to be heard.
To embrace every feeling and every emotion that swims your way, to allow them to kiss the shores of your Spirit as they pass by.
To immerse in nature fully, to breathe in its unconditional Love, to melt into its guidance.
To love yourself unapologetically and embrace the Divinity of your “flaws”.
To never ever say sorry for expressing yourself authentically and Wholly.
