Balu, @balukundaliniyoga, who is an amazing teacher of Kundalini, has been bringing this dynamic, deep yoga practice to homeless people in Hollywood for months and, in his words, “I can see that yoga is healing people.” We here at Alo were so moved by his inspiring, selfless work that we wanted to create a video to share the story and participate in supporting the work he has been doing.
