#GabrielleUnion’s face spoke a thousand words during this year’s Big Television Debate, while #EllenPompeo spoke the words we needed to hear. We kept *that* moment in our film because we want to have an open conversation about these issues, pretending they don’t exist won’t help us find a way forward.
