True Story. It happened over the weekend. I was shocked that this guy TOOK IT THERE! Honestly, I was too rattled & nervous to say anything that evening...... BUT THE NEXT DAY, I woke up and realized, I am a 5th generation American citizen!!!????
THIS administration spews SUCH HATE, it paints, an entire ethnicity as villains, and it empowers people to do this BS right here!
I could have totally blown it off and went on with my life... BUT, as an American it was MY DUTY to stand up! ???? Stand up for the people who might not be able to! That is AMERICA ??! If I stayed silent I am part of the problem!
Sooooo, I went in,,, totally nervous, but diplomatically made an official report to his manager. BECAUSE I will not let this clerk continue to think this is OK! The manager was so upset to hear this had happened! He listened, & reassured me that the clerk WILL be reprimanded, and WILL be taking sensitivity training!!
So, to those of you who complain, I need to just get over our president, and be more fun,
THIS is why I am so political. OUR President & inhumane policies set a horrible tone for us and are affecting our human decency. Eventually IT AFFECTS US ALL! It’s up to us not to be influenced! We need to protect each other! ????????????#MovementMonday
